Continental

[Challenge]

The catalog of Continental, a Warner Music label, is packed with the most played names in traditional Brazilian sertanejo: Leandro & Leonardo, Milionário & José Rico, Daniel. None of it ever saw the light of the internet. These songs still play everywhere: at the Sunday barbecue, at office karaoke and, above all, on channels that don't belong to the label, taking views that should be Continental's. How do you make it viable, on a small budget, to create videos at scale that give these classics a new creative life?

[Solution]

We created looping mini-films inspired by the original records. Without using the artists' likeness and without changing anything in the artwork, we made the album covers open into a new universe, with scenes that continue stories that began decades ago.

Each album gets a 15-20 second mini-film that becomes the base for the Spotify loop, plus one vertical and one horizontal video per song. Dozens of assets from a single cover. Repeated dozens of times to work through the catalog.

To keep quality and speed, we built an internal pipeline. Warner sends a spreadsheet with the month's albums. An automated script pulls everything and sorts it into folders. We enhance and upscale each cover. An internal app we built for the campaign generates possibilities for stories, scenes, images and video. Everything is checked and selected by a human, who edits the video and keeps the rhythm right. Finally, another script turns that finished loop into every format: YouTube, Reels and Spotify. All ready in a folder for the client.

A quote from Pedrinho talking about the project and saying nice things about us. Really cool stuff.

[UPSCALE]

We give new life to the album cover, which took a beating over the years. And we scale it up too, so it ends up in high res.

SCENES

Each story becomes five base frames. They're the starting point for the animation: art direction locked before any time is spent generating motion.

Scene 1 · Milionário & José Rico
Scene 5 · Milionário & José Rico
Scene 3 · Milionário & José Rico
Scene 4 · Milionário & José Rico
Scene 2 · Milionário & José Rico
05 · Animation

Each selected scene becomes motion. We generate several versions and the editor picks the one that best fits the mini film's rhythm.

06 · Assets

Each loop becomes three formats: Spotify Canvas (short vertical loop), YouTube (horizontal, one per track), Reels (vertical with music). All automated from the master.
